Bridal preparations

The former coach house is a great place for you brides to get ready, it sits between a delightful courtyard and swimming pool – all perfect for photo opportunities and the suite overlooks the grounds of Villiers Barn and the lakes. Megan had an emotional first look with dad which thought tears and laughter.

THE i DO's

The Villiers ceremony room has been converted from its original stable block, into a light and airy contemporary space. The light really makes a difference to photographing this space and Megan & Josh's ceremony had laughs and emotional moments and just a few tears!

Villers really suits my style well for couple shots - you are never far away from the action so you don't need to spend ages away from your friends and family to get the killer shots!. There are so many stunning spots from the long tree-lined drive that's less to gorgeous the Georgian house standing grand at its head. As you make your way up the path there are some beautiful secluded spaces at the heart of this magnificent estate. Villiers Barn combines the traditional with the modern offering you the ideal elements to create the perfect venue for your wedding.

GoLDEN HOUR & PARTY

After the funny and heartwarming speeches with golden hour approaching I took the opportunity to give Megan & Josh a breather and we snuck off to the rear of venue where there are some pretty fields and trees to make full use of the low sun in the sky. We can only describe what followed as a bit of a frolic in the fields! These stunning images prove why this is such a great time to grab some quick portraits , with nerves gone and beautiful light to play with. We headed back to the barn and grabbed some bubbly to celebrate with a spray! Onto the cake cutting , first dance and serious parting. What a day!
